iFlow Creative is proud to introduce our new writing contest—New Year, New Book! Accepting ALL genres, this contest is specifically designed to help you write and publish a book THIS year!
Prizes:
- 1st place: $500 cash reward + Editing Package + Complete Self-publishing OR query letter for traditional publishing
- 2nd place: $250 cash reward + Editing package
- 3rd place: $150 cash reward
How to Enter
- All entries must be submitted online. Entries must be accompanied by the required judging fee. Use the following link to submit your payment.
- All entries must be in English. Only original works that have not been published (at the time of submission) in print, digital or online publications will be considered. iFlow Creative will NOT retain publication rights to the winning author. They will retain all rights and royalties entitled to the author among publication.
- All entries must be formatted to 8-1/2” x 11”. All manuscripts must be double-spaced. Entry files should include name, address, and phone number in the upper left-hand corner of the first page.
- Entries MUST meet the minimum word count requirement. Judges will use the word count provided by Microsoft Word and will remove the entries failing to meet or exceeding the word limits from contention. Type the exact word count (counting every single word, except the title and contact information) at the top of the manuscript.
- IMPORTANT: All entries must be sent to iflowcreative@gmail.com with the headline CONTEST ENTRY and the file attached to the email. Payment MUST be sent prior to emailing the entry. Any files received before payment is received will be removed from contention. (NOTE: if you are using a pen name, be sure to include your legal name in the email so your payment can be matched with your entry.)
- Once an entry has been submitted, no edits, replacements or exchanges will be accepted, so be sure the enter with the correct file.
